1. Perrydell Farm Dairy
Perrydell Farm Dairy is a local York favorite and has been since 1963! This dairy farm sits on 170 acres and has a little something for everyone. You can shop at the farm store for locally grown, fresh products.

Located in the historic Central Market House in downtown York, the market is a local staple on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and the first Friday of the month.
3. Nixon Park Nature Center
The Nixon Park Nature Center is located in Springfield Township within Richard Nixon Park. The park sits on 187 acres of woodland, aquatic, and meadow habitats and the Nature Center is 14,000 square feet.
There are several displays and activities featuring local wildlife as well as displays from around the world. There are also hiking trails throughout the park and themed programs running throughout the year.
4. York County Historic Center
The York Country Historic Center features experiences in several museums and historic buildings throughout York, including the Agricultural & Industrial Museum. Tours are available, there are events throughout the year, and the library features a ton of resources and an extensive collection of archives.
5. PeoplesBank Park
If you’re a baseball fan, the PeoplesBank Park is the place for you. This is the home of the Revolution, which is York’s professional baseball team. It’s a year-round operation, so in addition to games, the facilities also sometimes host community events and festivals.
6. AvalancheXpress
AvalancheXpress is the perfect place for winter outdoor fun in York. It’s most popular for snow tubing and ice skating, but there are other things to do too. There is an outdoor battlefield for laser tag, dining options on-site, and a spa & salon for some serious luxury and pampering.
7. The Belmont Theatre
Another one of the great things about living in York is The Belmont Theatre. The Belmont Theatre, formerly known as the York Little Theatre, is a fantastic community theater where you can catch nationally-renowned musicals and plays.

8. Haines Shoe House
Haines Shoe House is a classic roadside attraction located in York right along Shoe House Rd. You can take a guided tour, visit the gift shop, eat some delicious baked treats, and enjoy some homemade ice cream.
9. Brown’s Orchards & Farm Market
Brown’s Orchards & Farm Market is located in Loganville. In addition to fun events, the farm has a ton of great things to do. Not only can you tour the farm or stop by the store to pick up some fresh produce to take home, but there are several crops that you can “pick-your-own” when they’re in season! On top of that, there is a bakery, deli, cafe, and greenhouse all on-site. Additionally, you can even order a gift basket online filled with farm-fresh goodies for yourself or someone else.
