This property is not located in a specific neighborhood. It falls within the Manheim Township School District and features a 2-car attached garage. This home was inspired by the Modern Farmhouse style. Our team created a twist on the classic farmhouse look by adding the fresh, simple lines the modern style is known for.
The exterior began with the classic white farmhouse look with modern elements blended in, such as black windows and stained wood columns. This simple black and white color palette with some texture continues in the interior design as well. Crisp white trim details blend with the classic brick & stone of the fireplace and the rustic wood used for the barn door leading to the kitchen and the custom hood in the kitchen.
This single-family home also features several other notable interior design details, like the hardwood flooring throughout the main living area. The fireplace with custom mantel is a full masonry wood-burning fireplace. In addition to the reclaimed wood elements, the kitchen also features soft-closing cabinets, a custom tile backsplash, and quartz countertops. The master bath has a full en-suite with tile flooring, a tiled shower with a semi-frameless shower door, a freestanding vanity, a freestanding soaking tub, and champagne bronze & brushed nickel plumbing fixtures and lighting throughout.

This property is located in our Black Rock Estates neighborhood and is located within the Solanco School District. It has a 3-car attached garage and was designed to be warm and comfortable while maintaining a light and modern feel.
The majority of the exterior is dark siding with deep gray stone. White trim and shutters give a nice contrast to the dark exterior to create a dynamic look that feels welcoming and fresh. The interior complements the exterior by using a lighter color palette with contrasting deeper colors in major elements, like the hardwood floor throughout the main living area.
More notable interior design details include custom trim in the dining room, master bath, and mudroom. There is a gas fireplace with custom mantel and a barn door which leads into a study. The kitchen features soft-closing cabinets, a tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and a large island. A tile shower with a frameless shower door, freestanding soaking tub, and brushed nickel plumbing fixtures & lighting complete the master bath.
