Here are a few popular activities in Hershey to help you determine if it’s somewhere you might want to live:

1. Hersheypark

Hershey is known for chocolate and Hersheypark. In addition to visiting Chocolate World at your leisure, living in Hershey makes it easy to stop by and enjoy the park, water park, or Zoo America whenever you want. On top of that, there are tons of events, including concerts, festivals, shows, and sporting events, that you can catch throughout the year at the stadium or the Giant Center.

2. The Hershey Story Museum

You can’t really separate chocolate from the history of Hershey, but you can learn about it and experience some of it first-hand. The Hershey Story Museum is located on Chocolate Avenue and tells the story of Milton S. Hershey and the history of the town and the chocolate empire that was built there.

With interactive hands-on exhibits, permanent displays, and special exhibits throughout the year, there is a lot to explore even if you’ve been there before. Plus, you can always visit just for some food from Lisa’s Cafe or for the tastings that feature chocolate from around the world.

3. Hershey Gardens

If you want to escape into nature for a bit, you can always visit the Hershey Gardens. Open year-round, you can explore the 23-acre outdoor garden. Between the rose garden, theme gardens, the Children’s garden, and seasonal displays, there is always something to explore and appreciate. On top of events throughout the year, there is also the indoor tropical Butterfly Atrium where you can see a variety of tropical plants and plenty of beautiful butterflies.

In addition to being able to see the brewery and brewing experience first-hand, you’ll also be able to sample the world-class, award-winning craft brews only available at Tröegs.

6. AACA Museum, Inc.
