Many visitors come to enjoy breakfast and local street food, and others come for affordable food to bring home for the week. On the five-acre market, you will also find plenty of demonstrations like sheep shearing, beehive care, and wine production. The Farmstead Farmer’s Market tries to offer something for everyone and creates a unique and lively experience in the process.

Then, visit the Chocolate Factory for some sweet treats before a short car ride back to your quiet, peaceful home. Plus, the Hershey arenas and stadiums attract a wide variety of entertainment for you and your family to enjoy from sports events to concerts and everything in between.

3. Cocoa Kayaking

It’s located near Myerstown in Lebanon County and is just a short trip from Palmyra. With no experience or fishing license needed, this trip is one bound to be fun for the whole family.

5. Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire

If you and your family love music, food, history, and theatre you will love the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire! There is entertainment for all, such as jousting, music, shows, plays, and shopping. At the PA Ren Faire, you can take in a Shakespearian play while gnawing on a turkey leg or sipping Mount Hope wine or ale.

Your family may also enjoy the comedic mud show, that offers slapstick comedy and quick-witted jokes. This is usually a PG-13 show, but innocent enough for most of the family to appreciate.
