It’s Roundup time. Today we’re going take a look at some expert advice as well as an interesting new product.
To start off, Spring is a great time to take care of patchy, dead or weed ridden grass. A recent article featured on ThisOldHouse.com called Blades of Glory – 9 Steps to a Lush Lawn, author Sal Vaglica describes each step of the process to rejuvenate your lawn. These steps may take some time and financial investment, but it will all be worth it when you see the lush, deep green finished product.
I recently came across a slide show by Popular Mechanics called Know Your Stuff: 110 of the Best DIY Tips Ever. It showcases 110 of the best Do-It-Yourself tips they have given their readers over the years, dating all the way back to the 50’s. This slide show is excellent and well worth your time to pick up some great, common-sense, tips for use with your tools and home improvement projects.
The last item of the day is a product feature. A new coating that is being released this year by Sherwin Williams allows anyone to make almost any surface a dry erase board. The Dry Erase Coating would be a great product to apply in any home playroom or school room. A full wall dry erase board would even be a great addition to a small business conference room.
